Multi-Unit Residential Build

This multi-family project features two 2,100 sq. ft. units, built from the ground up to turnkey completion using high-performance Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs).

Every stage: from site preparation and foundation work to full framing, window and siding installation, and interior finishes - was handled with precision.

The panelized SIP construction delivers exceptional insulation, durability, and energy efficiency, while enabling faster assembly and low-maintenance modern living.
